1. Schedule Your Session


  • Visit our online booking system powered by Acuity Scheduling: Booking Page
  • Browse available dates and times for your desired session type (e.g., family portraits, weddings, events).
  • Select a time slot that works for you and confirm your session details.
  • Our availability follows a structured location-based schedule. If the date you want isn’t showing as available, please email us—we may still be able to accommodate your request.


2. Secure Your Session


  • A deposit is required to reserve your session date:
  • Most sessions: 50% deposit
  • Mini/special sessions: Full payment required (nonrefundable)
  • Payments can be made securely via Square, ACH, or credit/debit card. Note: Booking with a deposit is required in order to use these payment options.


3. Contract & Pre-Session Communication


  • Once booked, you will receive a photography contract via email.
  • Review and electronically sign to finalize your session.
  • This contract outlines: Session details,Cancellation policy, Client expectations and rights
  • You will receive automated reminders 72, 48, and 24 hours before your session. These will include:Location/directions,Prep tips,Payment reminders, policy highlights.
  • Pro Tips While You Prepare for your shoot:
  • Location Scouting: Research local parks or scenic spots to match your vibe.
  • Pose Practice: Try out posing ideas in front of a mirror to get comfy.
  • Bring Props: Consider bringing flowers, instruments, or anything that adds a personal touch to your session.

The more thought you put in, the more memorable your shoot will be—we can’t wait to bring your vision to life!


4. Remaining Balance


  • A reminder email will be sent the week of and 2 days before your session with your remaining balance.
  • Please ensure your balance is paid in full before your session date.
  • Need to update your payment method? Let us know at least 2-3 days in advance to avoid delays.


5. Pre-Session Confirmation


  • Expect a confirmation text from your photographer 1–2 days before your session.
  • This quick check-in helps us: Confirm final session details and Answer any last-minute questions to make sure you're fully prepared

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
